During 20 years of development, THT Vietnam has always been steadfast in its business philosophy of putting customers at the center. THT’s success comes not only from product quality but also from the sustainable companionship of the distribution system. For that reason, “Customer Appreciation” is not just a single event but has become a core campaign, deeply rooted in THT’s corporate culture, demonstrating the realization of the value of “Customer-centricity” through practical and long-term actions.

Deep gratitude for the Thailand 2025 journey

In May 2025, THT Vietnam successfully organized a 5-day, 4-night tour in Thailand for more than 120 loyal customers nationwide. The trip not only brought a relaxing vacation amidst beautiful landscapes but also a precious opportunity for THT to directly express its thanks, and at the same time listen and understand more deeply the partners who have accompanied it through each stage of development.

At each stop, from exciting group activities to intimate conversations, THT cherishes every moment of connection and sharing. Because THT understands that customers are not simply buyers but are an indispensable part of the journey to build the THT Vietnam brand. The presence of more than 100 partners on the 2025 Thailand trip is not only an honor but also a great motivation for THT to continue to innovate, improve quality and expand deeper gratitude programs in the future.
