Team building 2022 – Burn yourself out for a united and growing team

“Exciting – Passionate – Burning out with hearty laughter…!”. Those are probably the emotional imprints that still linger, lingering somewhere in the members of the big family of THT Vietnam after 3 Team building sessions from July 10, 11, 12, 2022 in the beautiful city of Ha Long.
The 2022 team building program, with the theme “Team building – When playing, burn out” aims to create solidarity and cohesion between members and individuals in the group. Discover the individual strengths of each individual, assert yourself. Team spirit achieves higher results and discovers yourself more clearly.

During the trip’s events, before returning to the hotel, members were able to visit, sightsee and worship at Ba Vang Pagoda.

Next on the trip’s schedule is a ceremony to summarize business activities in the first 6 months of the year and honor groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the first 6 months of the year.

And one activity that members are looking forward to is the fun Teambuilding activity on the beach.
Members are divided into teams to participate in gameshow games with prizes from the Organizing Committee. The harsh sunlight and sea breeze seem to further fuel the burning spirit of the staff here in the series of Teambuilding games. After the fun warm-up, the teams have to go through thrilling, difficult challenges and not lacking in humor. To win the games, not only physical strength is needed but also intelligence and above all, the “fiery” spirit of determination and unity of the whole team.

On the evening of the second day in Ha Long, members of the THT Vietnam family had a meaningful night of interaction at the party: “THT Vietnam Gala Dinner”

The atmosphere of the Gala Dinner was extremely joyful.

And before the end of the journey, all members of the THT Vietnam family had a very enjoyable visit to the Bay complex in Ha Long.
The Teambuilding program has officially ended, certainly contributing to the beautiful memories of THT Vietnam on the journey of attachment and companionship with the company.
