Over the past 15 years, THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company has increasingly affirmed its position in the market and gained increasing trust from consumers.
2020 has come to an end, THT Vietnam is preparing to welcome a new year, a new phase, a new strategy with a mindset of always being ready, determined and with a strong message from the Company’s Board of Directors in 2021:
ACCELERATION AND TAKE-OFF
To be in line with the new mission and new goals, the Company’s Board of Directors also launched a new 5-STARS strategy for the period 2020-2025, aiming at the core goals of 5 – 500 – 1000. Specifically, these are:
5- STARS
1. SIMPLE
Review and cut out all unnecessary reporting procedures, saving time and resources to focus on core goals. Keep it simple.
2. TECHNOLOGY
Investing in advanced technology applications to capture and exchange information helps management and operations become faster, more accurate and more timely.
3. ABILITY
Leaders are those who know how to sacrifice and take the highest responsibility. Leaders must ensure the 3T standard of having a bright mind, vision and outstanding talent, trained and coached to become the core of the organization. Continue to build a unique corporate culture, have special policies to attract and retain talent, fair rights and responsibilities, and worthy rewards. Individuals with leadership and management qualities will be trained intensively to develop their potential.
4. DISCIPLINE: RULES
Build standard personnel evaluation processes to ensure the right person for the right job and right expertise to promote the capacity of each individual. Apply iron discipline to management and operations strictly, reward and punish clearly, fairly and appropriately.
5. INFORMATION: SHARE
Organizational members must regularly coordinate to share information about their issues with superiors and vice versa in an honest and timely manner with the aim of supporting each other both inside and outside of work.
All to achieve the goal: 5 – 500 – 1000: In the next 5 years, THT Vietnam will have at least 500 employees, achieve total revenue of 1000 billion VND, and enter the Top 1000 largest private enterprises in Vietnam with revenue of over 1000 billion VND.
To achieve that, in addition to a good strategy, solidarity and the whole-hearted efforts of the entire company, THT Vietnam also needs the trust and whole-hearted support from cooperating units and consumers across the country. We are committed to always aiming for common development, cooperation and development. Bringing to consumers the best and safest products and becoming a pioneer in the production and distribution of high-quality, safe consumer products for families, contributing to the prosperous development of society is the mission of THT Vietnam.
