PROMOTION PROGRAM RULES “BUY CAREFOR – WIN BIG GIFTS”
1. Promotion program: “Buy Carefor – Win big prizes”
2. Promotional goods and services: Promotional products are Carefor Concentrated Laundry Detergent products in 3500ml or 5000ml cans with the program’s lucky card attached.
3. Promotion period: from October 1, 2023 to December 30, 2023, the prize announcement period ends at 23:59 on January 5, 2024.
4. Areas where the promotion program applies: Hanoi, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa.
5. Promotion form: Lucky promotion program – Customers determine the prize winners by looking at the information on the back of the lucky card after tearing off the winning section.
6. Promotional program customers:

a) The value of the Special Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Lucky Prize includes value added tax (VAT) and cannot be converted into cash.
b) The prize value does not include personal income tax. The winner will have to pay taxes according to state regulations (if any).
c) The total value of the prize in the promotion program including VAT is: 638,000,000 VND (in words: Six hundred thirty eight million VND).
d) Total value of the prize compared to the total value of promotional goods: about 5%
e) For the Special Prize, the gift is a 2023 Premium Vision Motorcycle; Second Prize, the gift is an LG AI DD Inverter 8.5 kg Washing Machine FV1409G4V; Third Prize, the gift is a Sunhouse 1.8 liter SHD8909 Electronic Rice Cooker with warranty according to the prize supplier’s warranty policy.
f) Actual prize color may vary.
g) THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company commits to award the correct prize described in the “Prize Content” column and the above prize value is accurate based on the input invoices for purchasing the company’s prizes.
8. Program content and rules:
8.1. Specific conditions, methods and procedures that customers must follow to participate in the promotion program:
When purchasing 01 (one) of 08 (eight) promotional products:
Customers will receive 01 (one) lucky card stuck on the promotional product. The total number of lucky cards issued is: 58,000 lucky cards will be randomly stuck on 58,000 promotional products.
8.2. Time and method of issuing winning evidence:
THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company will randomly stick lucky cards on promotional products under the witness of the representative of the local Department of Industry and Trade (if any) and allocate the number of promotional products to the areas applying the promotion program from October 1, 2023.

8.3. Regulations on evidence to determine winnings:
a. A valid lucky card has the following specific dimensions: length 3.5cm x width 7cm. A valid lucky card must be intact, not torn, patched, the winning content must not be missing words and show no signs of being altered.
b. The total number of lucky cards issued by THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company during the promotion period is 58,000 cards.
c. Lucky cards must show the following contents:
– Brand logo of THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company
– Program name and promotion period
– The winning content will be shown on the back of the lucky card after being torn off at the “Tear here” section
– QR Code with content and instructions for participating in the promotion program
– Company website address

8.4. Time, place and method of determining winners:
– Prize determination period: from October 1, 2023 to December 30, 2023, prize announcement period ends at 23:59 on January 5, 2024.
– Prize determination method:
Customers determine their prize winners by looking at the information on the back of the lucky card after tearing off the winning identification section (as illustrated above).
* For Special Prize: 01 (one) lucky card winning the Special Prize
Customers who win the special prize of the program when owning a lucky card with information printed on the back with the words “Congratulations on winning 1 HONDA VISION 2023 MOTORCYCLE”

* For Second Prize: 03 (three) lucky cards win Second Prize
Customers who win the second prize of the program when owning a lucky card with information printed on the back with the words “Congratulations, you won 1 AI DD FV1409G4V WASHING MACHINE”

* For Third Prize: 50 (fifty) lucky cards winning Third Prize
Customers who win the third prize of the program when owning a lucky card with information printed on the back with the words “Congratulations, you won the 1st prize of SUNHOUSE SHD8909 RICE COOKER”
Customers keep the lucky card intact and contact the phone number: 0965.382.566 or 024.6666.4848 to notify about winning.
* For Lucky Prize: 15000 (fifteen thousand) lucky cards to win the Lucky Prize
Customers who win the lucky prize of the program when owning a lucky card with information printed on the back with the words “Congratulations on winning 1 BOTTLE OF CAREFOR HAND SOAP 500ML” or “Congratulations on winning 1 BOTTLE OF CAREFOR DISHWASHING LIQUID 800ML”.
Customers can freely choose one of the scents listed above in the Prize Structure section.
* No prize
Lucky cards with information printed on the back with the words “BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME” are not winning cards.
8.5. Time, location, method and procedure for awarding prizes:
– For Special Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize:
During the period from the program start date of October 1, 2023 to January 5, 2024, customers who win the Special Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize will keep their lucky cards and contact the phone number: 0965.382.566 or 024.6666.4848 to notify them of their winnings and receive instructions on redeeming their prizes. Customers provide contact information for THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company to verify and organize the award ceremony, details as follows:
After receiving the winning information from the customer, within 03 days, the representative of the Organizing Committee of THT Vietnam Import-Export Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company will come to the redemption point that the customer contacted (by phone) and make an appointment with the customer to come to the redemption point to check and verify the lucky winning card. At the same time, when making a record of receiving the lucky winning card, the company representative will also directly notify the customer about the time, location, and procedure for receiving the prize. Within 07 days from the date of making the record of receiving the lucky winning card, the company will award the prize to the customer at the location agreed upon by both parties so that it is most convenient for the winning customer.
– For Lucky Prize:
Customers bring their lucky winning cards to the company’s “Redeem Points” (Attached List) announced on the website or points of sale of Carefor Concentrated Laundry Detergent to notify them of their winnings and redeem their prizes immediately. After that, the redemption points/points of sale will collect the customers’ winning cards. The Distributor will advance the prizes to the redemption points/points of sale under the Distributor’s system to redeem the prizes for the winning customers. After the program ends, the company will return to the Distributor any products with a total value equivalent to the ones the Distributor has advanced to the redemption points/points of sale.
– The deadline for THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company to award prizes to customers is 30 days from the end date of the promotion program.
– The winning customer must bear the travel expenses for receiving the prize and irregular income tax (if any) according to the current regulations of Vietnamese law.
– The Organizing Committee will determine the prize as a prize without a winner to pay to the State Budget according to the current regulations of law in case the prize awarding period has expired but:
• The winner cannot be identified; or
• The customer does not receive the prize: The prize awarding period has expired but the winning customer cannot be contacted; the customer does not provide information to receive the prize or provides incorrect information; the customer does not sign the prize awarding minutes or does not meet the prescribed conditions for receiving the prize (presenting valid identification documents, lucky winning cards for comparison) for the Special Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize; the customer refuses to receive the prize.
– Determining the total value of prizes without winners is the basis for paying cash into the state budget based on the summary report of the total value of prizes loaded and awarded to customers according to the methods and regulations mentioned above.
– All prize awarding costs will be paid by THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.
9. Regulations on contact points for answering questions related to the promotion program:
– For any questions related to this promotion program, customers can contact the program hotline 0965.382.566 or 024.6666.4848 for instructions and answers. The consulting switchboard operates from 8:00 to 18:00 every day (including holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays) starting from October 1, 2023 to January 5, 2024.
10. Responsibility for information disclosure:
– THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the promotion program on the website thtvietnam.com.vn and at agents and distributors of promotional goods nationwide.
– THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is responsible for notifying the results to the winners and publishing them on the website thtvietnam.com.vn.
11. Other regulations:
– THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is fully responsible for managing the printing of winning proof and the accuracy of winning proof.
– AT Printing and Communication Company Limited is fully responsible for the accuracy of the scratch card content provided to THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company to print winning proof.
– The organization of the promotion program must ensure fairness, transparency and objectivity.
– If the winning customer agrees, THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company will use the name and image of the winning customer for commercial advertising purposes.
– In case of a dispute related to this promotion program, THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is responsible for resolving it. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be handled according to the provisions of law.
– For prizes without winners, THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company must be responsible for paying in cash 50% of the announced value of that prize to the state budget according to the provisions of Article 96.4 of the Commercial Law.
