Research & Development (R&D) of the formula

This is the heart of the laundry detergent manufacturing process, where your product’s unique identity is created.

• Formula Research: Based on requests and advice, our experienced R&D team will conduct research, formulation and adjustment of detergent formulas. We are capable of developing exclusive formulas, from regular detergents to special types such as detergents for sensitive skin, organic detergents, or detergents specifically for front-loading washing machines (low foam).
• Sample testing and evaluation: Samples are produced in the laboratory and undergo rigorous testing for stability, pH, cleaning ability, fragrance retention, and especially safety and non-irritation according to the standards of the Ministry of Health.

Mixing and production in the laundry detergent processing process

This is the core detergent manufacturing stage where the ingredients are combined into the finished product.

• Precise quantification: Raw materials are quantified using a modern electronic weighing system, ensuring absolute accuracy according to the approved formula.
• Mixing and blending: The ingredients are fed into a modern, automatic industrial mixing tank system, ensuring perfect dissolving and homogenization. The mixing tank system is designed to be sealed and sterile to avoid any external contamination.
• In-process control: During the brewing process, technicians will continuously sample and check important parameters such as pH, viscosity, and aroma to ensure consistent product quality.

Filling and packaging

This stage determines the form and completeness of the product when it reaches the consumer.

• Packaging preparation: Packaging (bottles, cans, bags…) approved and provided by the customer (or searched for by THT) is checked for hygiene before being put into the production line.
• Automatic filling: Products are filled into packaging using an automatic filling system, ensuring accurate dosage, no spillage and maximum hygiene.
• Labeling and packaging: Bottles/cans after filling will be automatically labeled, then capped, and put into the cartoning line according to agreed specifications.

Final quality check and documentation completion

Before the product leaves the factory, THT Vietnam performs a final inspection and completes legal procedures.

• Finished product inspection: The KCS team randomly checks packaged product batches for appearance, labels, packaging tightness and final quality indicators.
• Legal procedure support: We will assist customers in completing the necessary legal documents, including product registration and declaration with state management agencies (such as the Ministry of Health), ensuring that the product is eligible for circulation on the market.
• Shipping and delivery: Finished products are safely transported to the customer’s warehouse or designated location.
